8 Ways to Use Grunge It Up Stamps

by Stacey Dunning

We originally designed the Grunge It Up stamps to help utilize bold stamps that looked a little dated and give them a hip and urban feel.  Since we introduced them two years ago, we
see them used to create backgrounds and add accents as in the card above.  Or the one I created for the Emboss Resist Challenge and one Di created using the Peacock Feather stamps she designed below.  Other stamps used on the cards in this post: Floral Dress Form, Dress for Excess, Stencil Stamp Set, Verses - Feel Better, Proud as Peacock, Congratulations - Deserve Best Verse

They can also be used in a more subtle fashion on  journal pages when stamped in similar colors to the background.  The stamped images don't stand out all that much but they really help add texture to the page.  View All the steps to create these journal pages in our blog post:  Easy Art Journal
Watch next week for some more fabulous ideas for using the Grunge it Up Stamp Set.
